Based in a brand new office space in Sydney, this full-time role will see you lead a passionate team delivering high-quality, personalised workers compensation physiotherapy and work conditioning services to clients in the community. About the Role Lead & Manage – Oversee a team of physiotherapists, ensuring exceptional client care and adherence to best practice. Coordinate & Streamline – Manage schedules and client appointments for efficiency and responsiveness. Client-Centred Care – Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare providers to design tailored treatment plans. Monitor & Adapt – Track progress, adjust care plans, and report on outcomes to ensure optimal recovery. Mentor & Develop – Provide guidance, supervision, and growth opportunities to physiotherapists and EPs. Innovate & Improve – Contribute to the ongoing development of mobile physiotherapy services.
